This tiny home is best suited for a single person. We offer 6 and 12 month leases. Owner pays for water, septic, trash, and community wifi. If you have a job that is reliant on internet access, we strongly recommend having your own wifi hotspot capability as a backup. Renter pays for electricity and gas. Pet deposit is $200 for cats and $300 for dogs. Smoking is only allowed outside.
