We're looking for a great tenant for our basement apartment! It's a spacious 1,100 sq ft 1 bed 1 bath space with backyard access, a private entrance,& large storage closet. Great central location just 5 minutes from Sloan's Lake and 10 minutes from downtown Denver. The apartment has just been renovated and features new appliances and carpeting, in-unit washer/dryer, and central AC & heating. We are a couple in our 30's and we live upstairs with our small dog. We work 9-5, are very quiet and clean and are looking for someone similar. The backyard and patio area is shared with us. Cats will be considered but no dogs allowed. Quiet street with plenty of parking available. Flat utility fee of $125 includes all utilities. Available late September/early October 6-12 month lease preferred. Security deposit and first month's rent due at signing.
