We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. (2) Our second bedroom has a Full bed, closet, and a nearby bathroom. (3) The third bedroom has a Full bed, closet, and a shared attached bathroom. (4) The fourth bedroom has a Full/Twin bunk bed, closet, and a shared attached bathroom. Please be aware that the hot tub may require servicing during your stay. While we make every effort to schedule maintenance before checkin, circumstances may occasionally require a vendor to perform service while guests are present. House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. - This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. - Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early checkin, and late checkout fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies. - There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator.
