The region is mountainous with plenty of parks, waterfalls, creeks, rivers, and hiking trails. Carter Lake is the closest public lake access offering a sand beach, marina, boat ramp, and camping. The city of Jasper is a small, quaint old style city with sidewalk stores and restaurants that has summer concerts, holiday parades, and many other small town celebrations and events. The Jasper locale has Walmart, Dollar General, Kroger, Ingles, Cherokee Outlets, and Publix for grocery shopping. There is a Home Depot, Tractor Supply, and Jasper Appliance store. There are multiple restaurants including sit down dining and fast food. 1 year lease. $1800/mo including utilities. $1800 deposit (optional: can be paid in 3 installments of $600 the first 3 months of rent).
