Tucked away in the historic Bluffton neighborhood, our home is a 5 minute (.4 mile) walk to Pere Marquette Beach on Lake Michigan. Opposite direction, you will be on the bank of Muskegon Lake where you can drop your kayak or paddleboard in for a cruise. If you have a boat, there is a public launch less than a mile away as well as a public bike trail along Muskegon Lake that leads to downtown. Finally, Third Coast Cottage is a 30 min drive to Michigan Adventure and the Winter Sports Complex. Month to Month Lease starting October 14th until May 14th. The house is fully furnished and during your stay we will provide "deep cleaning" service every 6 weeks. All bills are included (heat, gas, internet, water) and we will pay up to $200 for heat bill. Anything more will be covered by renter. No smoking inside and only allowed near firepit.
