This cute unit is located on an oak tree-lined dead-end street, a 5-minute walk to bus routes, and on the Galloping Goose trail system. The suite is set up with a queen bedroom that includes a desk. The second bedroom is set up with a twin bed and a desk. There is a beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower, the kitchen has a two-burner cooktop, a countertop oven, a beautiful red fridge, and all the small appliances needed to make your stay an enjoyable one. There is also the added ease of having in-suite laundry, as well as large, beautiful theatre-style seating to watch your favorite films. We have been managing furnished rentals since 2008, we are trusted and insured, and we aim to make owners and clients happy with the right accommodation for their needs. 1. A license to occupy agreement is mandatory to be signed as soon as the reservation is confirmed. 2. A Damage Deposit is required to be paid once the reservation is confirmed.
