Essential Stay Details Two dedicated parking spaces are included in your monthly rental at no additional cost. Most parking spots are made for a standard-size vehicle; please let us know if you have a non-standard vehicle to ensure a proper fit. A one-time departure cleaning fee of $390 is added at the time of booking. Optional weekly or bi-weekly professional housekeeping services can easily be arranged on an hourly basis based on your needs. As a Canadian-based company, our baseline rates are listed in CAD. While some international platforms may auto-convert prices to USD, a clear, transparent breakdown showing both currencies will be provided on the final page before you confirm your booking. A license to occupy agreement is mandatory to be signed as soon as the reservation is confirmed. 2. A Damage Deposit is required to be paid once the reservation is confirmed.
