The sliding door in the living room leads to a patio by Cooper Lane, and there is folding teak furniture in the garage to be placed as needed to enjoy an early evening cocktail in the summer evening air. There is a powder room adjacent to the kitchen. The townhouse features a 2 car garage, with epoxy floor and a spacious storage cabinet for your empty luggage, and other household necessities.
