ALL NEW Flooring extends into a bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a modern walk in shower with a rain shower combination. There is a Ring (video) doorbell for enhanced security with keyless entry! Additional storage space available if needed. A private driveway leads you to the main house and studio. You have plenty of room to park but please don't block the driveway to left for other guests. Guests are able to access their own private apartment and are free to use the entire yard. Please keep in mind that the 2+ acre yard and washer & dryer space are shared with guests who may be occupying the adjoining main house. Have easy access to all of Atlanta.
