One of the best features of this unit is convenience: it is located on the same floor as the building amenities, including the gym, club room, guest suite for visiting friends or family, and rooftop deck. The rooftop deck includes two grills, a firepit and a dedicated area for gardening. The unit will be freshly painted on July 1 and is available to move in as early as September 15 with some flexibility on move-in timing for the right tenant. First month's rent and deposit due at signing. 12-month lease preferred. Rent is $2,795/month and includes one secure reserved parking space.
