Upon signing the lease, you will receive a key fob that provides you access to the garage, main building, and gym. You will also be provided with a mailbox key and condo door keys, as well as a key code for keyless entry to the unit. The Barclay Towers: Your condo includes a 24/7 front desk staff/security that is amazing! You also have full access to the building amenities which include a rooftop pool, gym and expansive coin-operated laundry room. The large common area on the top floor is used for community meetings, building social clubs, and is available to host private parties. The community garden on the 4th floor has grills, large screen TVs and plenty of seating. All residents have access to the trash chute on every floor, as well as recycling and compost stations on the ground floor. Carts are available at the front desk for bringing in large grocery runs or moving large packages to the condo. Deposit: $500 refundable deposit is required and returned within 10 days of check out, following an inspection. This is a non-smoking unit. Air monitor detectors are in the unit to confirm compliance. Non-compliance will result in a $250 charge. Parking: The monthly rent covers all expenses, to include the parking spot. If the renter does not have a car and does not use the parking space, the rent will be reduced by $100/month. Dogs: Limited to one. Must be under 20 lbs per HOA policy and requires a one-time $150 registration paid to the HOA Management. Rent is increased $35/mos and a $150 non-refundable deposit will be added to the rental deposit. Cats: Limited to one.
