Located on the second floor of a five unit Victorian style house, our cozy and comfortable one bedroom apartment has hardwood floors throughout, with a fireplace and air conditioning. It is bright and cool in the summer and warm in the winter. This one bedroom loaded with character as seen in the original hardwood floors, arched ceilings, tall windows, and woodwork. The floor plan between the living room and the kitchen has a fun pass through that provides an open feel between the two rooms. The kitchen has granite countertop and a glass tile. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, gas range/oven, blender, drip coffee maker, dinnerware and all needed pots and pans. The living space includes a dining table with seating for two. . The living room is furnished with a comfortable leather loveseat, chair, modern accents, fireplace, and a flat screen TV. Wifi internet is available, but not guaranteed. The bathroom very small, bright, and white. It has a tile shower and floor, and a large window that provides a nice view to the back yard. Walk out to the bedroom and enjoy the hotel grade, queen sized bed. The bedroom also includes a built in dresser and shelves. Bedding and bath linens are not included. Located in Denver's top neighborhood, it is a 1.1 mile walk, bike, scoot or ride less than a mile to downtown and most all city attractions. Two doors down on the corner of our block there are over seven restaurants, coffee shops, a bakery, breweries, and shops. This is a monthly rental with automatic renewal unless notified one month in advance, in writing, of discontinuation. Thirty nights advance notice is required for discontinuation of monthly lease agreement. First month and deposit ,plus background check is required to move in. All rentals end on the last day of the month, unless individually negotiated and approved in writing by the landlord. Flat fee of $120/month covers gas, heat, water, electricity, sewer and trash. No SMOKING, 420, candles, incense, No PETS, No subleasing or AIRBNB. No overnight guests or gatherings at the apartment or house are allowed. A credit, police and eviction report is required for all applicants. The fee is $60 per applicant. The apartment is professionally cleaned prior to move in.
