Furnishings include: full kitchen stocked with cookware, high quality queen sized bed, built in dressers and closets, a small bathroom with small shower, a loveseat, a bar height dining table, coffee table, end table, lounge chair, electric fireplace, flat screen TV, glass and wall art. Bed and bath linens are not available. Off street parking is for rent at $90 per month when available. Located in Denver's top neighborhood, it is a 1.1 mile walk, bike, scoot or ride less than a mile to downtown and most all city attractions. Two doors down to one block are several eateries, a bakery, Starbucks, Einstein Bagels, a 7-11 and a bank. Renter pays $120 per month for utilities (water, gas, electric, waste water, and garbage). Wifi is available but not guaranteed. NO PETS and NO SMOKING, no candles, incense... No subletting or overnight guests without prior approval in writing from the landlord. Monthly rental requires one month notice to discontinue or change terms.
