The living area has a full sized leather sofa, chair, fireplace (decorative only), and TV. Wifi Internet is available, but not guaranteed. The laundry room, in the basement of our house, has an outdoor entrance, and from this apartment there is also a separate indoor entrance. The front porch is a shared house guest area. There is a private entrance to this apartment from the front porch. The backyard has lawn furniture with a table and chairs. Parking behind the house is available for a monthly fee. There is also, free public parking available of the street. Enjoy our tree lined street and people watch on the front porch in our wicker loveseat. Multiple restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, breweries are two doors down. Located in UPTOWN, halfway between City Park and Downtown. B-cycles across the street, bus on the corner, or walk everywhere. A credit, police and eviction report is run on all applicants through an online app. The fee is $50 per applicant. The apartment is professionally cleaned prior to move in. Tenant pays a $140 per month utility (gas, electric, water, garbage) surcharge.
