The apartment is furnished with a queen sized bed, lounge chair, dresser, TV, dining table, dining chairs, bathroom vanity and all kitchen items needed for light cooking. The apartment does not include bedding or bath linens. No SMOKING, NO PETS, incense, candles or cannibus is allowed on the property. We do not rent to individuals with criminal records or who are unemployed without sustantial employment history. Two years of positive rental recommendations are required. We do not allow overnight guests or gatherings at the house, without prior approval from the landlord. Available for a month to month rental, extending up to three months. The tenant pays a $80 monthly utility fee for gas, electric, water, garbage, waste water. Wifi internet is available but not guaranteed. Optional off street parking is rentable for $90 per month, when available.
