Peaceful home amongst the trees at the top of a hill, with the Ocean beneath. Kayak & Canoe are at the water ready for you. Hammocks are by the tranquil water fall and pond, in the big trees. Lots of privacy in the backyard along with a hot tub and fire pit. Beautiful open concept home, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom with queen bed; guest room with queen bed and another room with bunk beds and a double. -No smoking and no hard drugs, along with respect for the property. Something to discuss as I haven't done this before maybe a portion of Hydro. It depends on the length of the rental. I'm open to 1 month to 6 months and discussions around further length of time from that. No smoking No drugs No parties, but family gatherings are fine
