Perfect getaway spot or make it your 4 season home! Very nice craftsmanship throughout the home, would love to keep it but the wife and kids wast something closer to the ocean. Price is 289,000 and I’m pretty firm on that since I don’t even really want to sell. I hate the Beach Home will be officially listed and will setup open home appointments starting May 1st
