Hey all, I have a gorgeous 2 bedroom on 3rd Street and Ave A in the East Village. It's a nice quiet block that's centrally located and on a tree lined street. The apartment looks great! The bedrooms are spacious enough for queen/fulls beds and a dresser etc. The apartment has a southern exposure and windows on two sides so it gets plenty of natural light. Both rooms have some built in storage as well. I'm working on photos but have a video in the mean time. Situated in the East Village and within walking distance to Gramercy Park, Lower East Side, Soho, Bowery Etc. There's a 24 hour Duane Reade on the corner as well as a 24 hour Key foods on the other. It's just a really convenient area to live with easy access to the rest of the city. Less than a 5 minute walk to the 2nd Ave F train and the 4/5/6/N/R Trains and m15 are all within walking distance.
