The bedrooms are spacious enough for queen/fulls beds and a dresser etc. There's windows in every room so it gets plenty of natural light. There's custom built-in storage in one room but the other doesn't have a closet unfortunately. The area is awesome. Within easy walking distance to Gramercy Park, Lower East Side, Soho, Bowery, Union Square etc. This building is extremely well maintained by the staff and tenants alike. There's a 24 hour Duane Reade on the corner as well as a 24 hour Key Food on the other. Central location for super easy access to all of the city. Countless dining options, take out and numerous gourmet markets just steps away. Very short walk to the 2nd Ave F train, 4/5/6/N/R Trains and m15 bus. There's also Citibike racks right around the corner. Easy commute to NYU, Cooper Union, FIT, Cardoza Law, Parsons and the New School.
