Longterm Stay Just Across the River from Downtown! Fully equipped for all your 30+ day stay needs! A spacious one bedroom apartment with lots of natural light located at the edge of East Nashville and Downtown. The location is a quick bike ride or an inexpensive Uber away from Downtown. Close enough to be accessible, but far enough away to avoid the parties and crowds if that's not the experience you want every night. There's also a shared rooftop with a view of downtown, but the apartment itself faces the interior courtyard, perfect for avoiding the street noise at night. Building amenities include gated underground parking (w/ 1 designated spot), fob access to interior doors and elevators, courtyard with BBQ grills, a gym, and a restaurant and bar (The Mainstay) on the first floor, and concierge package delivery. For those who work remotely, there is a large sturdy table and comfy chair, high speed fiber internet (1Gbps), and I can include my extra monitor if you want. Fully furnished 30 day minumum. Please inquire about availability as it varies quickly with our corporate rentals! Owner pays for utilities, including wifi. Leases are a 30 day minimum due to HOA policies. Please be considerate of our neighbors, whether it's late night noise, parking, etc. This is a sweet residential community. No smoking inside the house, please! If smoking outside, please throw your cigarette butts away into the trash bin. When parking, please only park in your designated spot and ensure you have registered beforehand. Pets allowed on a case by case basis. Cats are not allowed due to allergies. Please reach out before booking if you are bringing a pet. The initial pet fee is $350. There is also a mandatory monthly cleaning at expense of the guest. If pets are allowed, please make sure to pick up after your pet. Please make sure your vehicle(s) and the place is properly locked up and any of your valuables are not left out to ensure the safety and security of all.
