I believe my townhome is the best in the community. It's on the far southwest end, so it only shares one wall and you aren't right next to other buildings. It also has the best parking situation and views of Nebo and to the west. It's still like new and has not been lived in. I've included a new sectional and new washer and dryer. I was going to live in it, but some things have come up, so I've decided to sell it or rent it, if I can't walk away with what I'm asking for. I believe the purchase price was $325k earlier this year and it's still under warranty. I will have to update some things when I get time and you'd need to verify numbers and measurements with a professional, if interested.
