House is all electric, so summer time electric bills run around to $200. Water is from south Arkansas water, runs around $50. Trash pick up is local company. Several companies offer internet. Carpeted throughout, except bathrooms and kitchen. Covered parking. 8x 10 storage under deck. Screened back porch for smoking outside or viewing deer. Very tight nit community. Very safe. Basically a retired community with talkative and very friendly neighbors. If you want to have loud parties and or be up at night, you aren't welcome in this community. Neighbors check on this daily. Very nice community, but retired police and other law enforcement live in the neighborhood and do NOT allow disturbances.
