Hi. My name is Dan and I'm selling my home. I got it in hopes of moving my mother up to it with me but she had some problems with the altitude that have detoured that plan so now I'm trying to sell my home. Big Bear is a very nice place but after looking out most of the places up here in Big Bear I think that erwin lake is the nicest in East Big Bear Something how the weather goes all the way through and gets there and how it has the road that goes out and back into the desert makes the weather over there a custom climate. This home is 200 ft away from the entrance to the Hamilton ranch. It has an open walkway for anyone to walk on its dirt road that is flat that goes for a few miles. It is a great nature hike with no vehicles and a nice Open road. In the 2 years I have lived here I've tried to walk it every day for about an hour. It has been the most peaceful nature experience. So I've already let you know that it is the nicest part of Big Bear Plus this specific house and lot where it is placed it is so it has an open lot on both sides and it has the neighbors up and away on the top in the front and so really all you have is one neighbor that you ever see and mostly open with no one around ever which I think is worth a lot of more extra money to pay for that sort of an arrangement for your home. It is definitely a slice of heaven only 12 minutes door to door to stater Brothers or Vons or downtown, but when you are at the home you would never know that you're that close to the big city that is so secluded and peaceful. I think I put up enough pictures to give you a good idea of where it is and what everything is looking like. I am selling it as is for sale by owner and I have already worked out with Orange Coast title that me and the seller simply have to come up with a purchase agreement for the sale and then we both have to go down to Orange Coast title in San Bernardino and fill out and sign the owner sheet at the same time we're going to do that escrow fee title fee and county tax and recording and then I also have the connection for the insurance so that you can hopefully save some money there then I also have a connection for loans if you need help with the loan.
