After touring the house, if you are still interested, you will fill the application forms (provided at the open house) and hand it in with your other documents. All documents will be reviewed, all applicants will be considered, and candidates with the most complete documents and have the best records will be selected. Since you are bringing in those required documents to the open house, there won't be any application fees. The renter is responsible for all utilities including gas, electric, water and sewer. The renter is responsible for maintaining the yard and the driveway including snow, ice, leaf removal, lawn care, weeding the flower beds around the house.
