The Seabreeze Motel in Old Orchard Beach, ME, has 20 standard motel rooms available for weekly or long term rental until May for $210/wk. These studio rooms come furnished with 2 double beds, a kitchenette with full size fridge, microwave, 2 burner stove-top, & Keurig, kitchen table & 2 chairs, flat-screen TV. All utilities are included. We have a strict, NO-pet policy and NO-smoking on the property. An immediate displacement will occur if there is a violation reported. We do not accept state aid, housing vouchers, or general assistance of any kind. We do not accept Zillow applications. Please email or call us directly at to receive our application.
