They offer a very spacious living room area with a pull-out sofa, dinner table for 4, balcony, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, two private bedrooms both with a queen bed, a private bathroom with a tub, and lots of closet space, all for $275 per week plus tax! Call us to ask about our availability until May! Guest must complete a rental application and be approved prior to moving in. First week's rent PLUS tax as well as additional $500 security deposit. Guest must occupy a unit for two weeks minimum to qualify for the weekly rate of $275.00 per week plus tax. All utilities are included. Heat, hot water, electricity, cable TV, basic Wi-Fi, off-street parking for one vehicle, and weekly housekeeping service. No pets. No smoking. No laundry facility. There is a $25 application fee for all occupying adults.
