Here is a few pictures of standard queen unit. This room is the only queen unit located on the first floor. Room 102 is nice and cozy and has been newly renovated! This room includes a queen size bed, kitchen table for 2, induction stove top, microwave, toaster, a mini-fridge, private bathroom with tub all for $225 per week plus tax. Vacant now until May. Guest must complete a rental application and be approved prior to moving in. First week's rent PLUS tax as well as additional $500 security deposit. Guest must occupy a unit for two weeks minimum to qualify for the weekly rate of $225 per week plus tax All utilities are included. Heat, hot water, electricity, cable TV, basic Wi-Fi, and off-street parking for one vehicle. No pets. No smoking. No laundry facility. There is a $25 application fee for all occupying adults.
