Here is a few pictures of suite # 204. Our one bedroom suites are twice as large as our standard rooms, all located on the second floor. They offer a full living room with a pull-out sofa, eating area, balcony, full kitchen, a private bedroom with a queen bed, and private bathroom with a tub. This unit is available now until May! Guest must complete a rental application and be approved prior to moving in. First week's rent PLUS tax as well as additional $500 security deposit. Guest must occupy a unit for two weeks minimum to qualify for the weekly rate of $285 per week plus tax All utilities are included. Heat, hot water, electricity, cable TV, basic Wi-Fi, off-street parking for one vehicle. No pets. No smoking. No laundry facility. There is a $25 application fee for all occupying adults.
