The things we love about our home: vaulted ceilings, lots of light and very open in main living area, walk out basement (also very light), close to parks, oak wood floors, backs to open space. The kitchen was remodeled right before we bought it - granite counters, cherry cabinets, and opened up floor plan. We just replaced the garage door and the siding with Hardie board last year. Also, newer energy efficient windows. It is very close to the brand new Target in the Tamarac Shopping area, close to DU, close to Tech Center, close to I-25/light rail too. Friendly neighbors, great neighborhood (annual 4th of July parade).
