We had this listed recently and got an influx of attention. The house was spoken for but that fell through so here we are trying once again! Beautiful 3 bedroom 1.5 bath whole house rental Preferably for a small family but we are open to renting to anyone. We are asking $1600 for rent due on the first of the month. Damage deposit will be equal to one month's rent due upon signing of the lease. The house is pet friendly except for huge dog breeds. All utilities are included and we have a hook up for cable. We currently have tenants in the house until around the 15th. If we get alot of messages we start from the bottom and work our way to the top so we apologize if we can't get around to everyone. Rent is due on the first of the month. $25 late fee for every day late after that. We have tenants in the house until the 15th so we cannot offer any viewings until after that date.
