The villa features a fully equipped kitchen and smart TVs in all rooms. Enjoy the convenience of a barbecue grill and vacation gear, with a small 18-inch charcoal grill available free upon request. If you need to outsource a propane gas grill or other gear, please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available at an extra cost. Pool and spa heating is available for a fee of 40 dollars a day with a 2-day minimum. Please arrange prior to arrival for better service. The house has a driveway that can accommodate 2-3 cars and overflow parking down the road about 250 ft distance. This house features a game room inside the garage, therefore covered garage is not available. Only small pets or dogs under 40 pounds are allowed with a 150 pet fee for each animal. Only legal service dogs are exempt with proper documents to waive the fee. Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleaning will be charged.
