The closest grocery stores (FreshCo., Loblaws, and NoFrills) are only a short walk/bus ride away. The room is 144 sq. ft. with large windows. The sliding door opens and overlooks the backyard, and there is a balconette. The closet is big with varied storage cubicles. The kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared with myself (31 yr old woman) and one dog. The backyard is shared with the other tenants in the house and one other small dog; however, the deck is only for the tenants on the 1st floor. The garden is available for use.
