House is solid. Dating on materials and bricks suggest that the orginal portions of the house were built in 1910-20's before required housing records and before the old courthouse burnt with the records that would have existed.
Inner and outer walls are .75 inch tounge in groove boards. Some wall and ceilings are actual shiplap, none of the walls you see in the photos are modern decorative over lays. Everything you see is actual wood.
House was mostly remodeled over the last 7 years.

- Outside of house could be remodeled still, i only cleared the land and replanted grass. original wood siding is under the concrete siding (about 4 inches of solid wood and concrete on out walls) you could redo the original siding or install new siding to flip this house. I just have lost the motivation and physical proplems.
- 1920's carriage house still standing but structurally needs work. Wrap around driveway. Large lot for area.
- Front bedroom is the only room that hasn't been remodeled at all. Built in wall shelving will look amazing when sanded and repainted. Replaced the door with half of a French door to match the original double French doors to the sun room/living room from the parlor/dinning room. Was planning on using as a library/office instead.
Original turn of century hardwood in every room. They could do with a professional sand and wax or at least a more skilled one than i can do.
There is a 1 foot deep and 1 foot tall storage space that runs almost the length of the house above the central hallway. It can be used to easily install duct work for central a/c and a space for the blower and equipment between the bathroom and middle bedroom.
