My tenant is moving out in 3 months which means I will have a room + private bath available for rent on a yearly leasing contract starting July 4th of this year. (This is shared with me). -The house is quiet most of the time as I am usually away for work and I live alone. -I have my kid daughter with me half of the week every week. -I have cats however they occupy the basement and don't roam the house. - STRICTLY NON-420 FRIENDLY. -Pets prohibited. -ask me about the going rent rate for 2 people. (Couples or friends sharing a room). -I have another smaller room available for a lower price. Ask if interested. -Driveway parking for one vehicle. -access to a treadmill located in the garage. Shared spaces include: -kitchen, living room and entrance. About me: I am in my early 20's and don't smoke or drink.
