The apartment was beautiful, and access to the roof was a wonderful addition that made living in the city feel so comfortable...and makes it hard to want to live anywhere else. But the real high point was you and your maintenance staff. You are incredibly friendly and approachable, and had a very firm but fair and equitable approach to everything. And Garland and Miles were probably the most responsive and approachable maintenance staff that one could ever expect when renting an apartment. From addressing an air conditioning issue to fixing a door stop, Garland was there quickly and helped us with what we needed with a smile. Had we not purchased our home, we likely would have stayed for years. For anyone looking to rent an apartment in Lancaster city, there is no place I can recommend more.
