Our house is located in Paradise Retreat, a quiet friendly closed gate community with private access to the white soft sanded beach. This is a short term rental. Will need house back at the end of February 2023; if you need to stay longer please contact for negotiation. Electric, water, sewage, gas, internet/Wi-Fi included. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Lowes and Wholefoods nearby. Amenities: Air conditioning/ Heat, Cooking basics, Dedicated workspace, Dishes and silverware, Dryer and washer, Hair dryer, 3 Smart TV's, Bathtub, Walk in Closet, Extra pillows and blankets, Hangers, Iron, Room-darkening shades, Baby bath, Board games, Beach toys, High chair, Ceiling fan, Carbon monoxide alarm, Fire extinguisher, First aid kit, Smoke alarm, Barbecue utensils, Blender, Coffee maker, Dining table, Dishwasher, Freezer, Hot water kettle, Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator, Rice maker, Stove, Toaster, Wine glasses, Beach access Private entrance, Backyard, Outdoor furniture, Weber BBQ grill, Free parking on premises -No Pets -No smoking -Owner covers water, sewage, electricity, gas, and internet. -All maintenances under $200 is covered by tenants, ex: light bulbs, batteries in remote control, filter for air handler. - Trash Days are on Mondays and Thursdays. Please bring the trash bin out to the sidewalk the night prior, and then back in next day. HOA don't allow trash can to be publicly visible unless it is trash day. Thank you! -Do not flush anything other than toilet paper into toilet. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. Follow HOA rules please: - This is a residential area. Please keep noise at a reasonable level so as not to disturb the neighbors. Keep volume at a minimum between the hours of 10PM - 7AM. - PARKING: You can park in the driveway or garage. Please do not park on the street at night especially on Trash days. - Don't park on the grass - No parties or events. Departure Policy: All trash should be placed in trash bins. Please empty the fridge and pantry of perishable goods. Leave the used bed undone so that our cleaner would know which to tend to. Dish should be cleaned. Please be sure to run the last load of dishes in the dishwasher. Place all used towels in laundry hampers. Leave all garage and gate remotes on TV stand ($50 will be charged to replace remotes if lost).
