Spacious walkout basement located in the Ashburn village community. The basement is very spacious and has its own kitchen, bathroom, two bedroom, space for a living room and whoever decides to move in will be given full privacy by our family. There is also lots of parking space around so you're garenteed to have space to park any vehicles that you own. Also people who live here get access to many year-round community events and lots of sports fields, parks, tennis courts, fitness centers, and recreation centers to go to and also lots of great places to shop at. The neighbors are nice and friendly and the the trails and lush natural surroundings are calming and nice to hike and walk around. There are also great schools and academic academys nearby if you have kids. The overall area and the community is great and we hope that you'll enjoy living here if you chose to. All the bills that come with the house will be payed by the owner. The renter cannot bring any drugs (like alcohol, cigarettes, weed, or any kind of drug), or any pets into the space. Also there aren't really problems with parking but the renter cannot park in front of our house. Also the renter has to go to a laundrymat to wash their laundry.
