A 10 minute walk (or 5 minute cart ride) to Descanso Beach offers more fun? kayaking, Catalina climbing wall, zip lining, restaurants, shopping, cabanas, and all water sports rentals. This VILLA was purchased for, and is still used by the owners, as a year round home, so everything is maintained at the highest levels. With over 2000 sq. ft. of spacious accommodations, a new 6 passenger cart is included in rental with an option to rent another 4 passenger cart from the owner for an additional fee. So sorry, sweet pets and smokers not allowed. Please note that there is a $150 or $200 cleaning fee based upon total occupancy that is due upon check out and payable directly to the housekeeper by cash or check.
