Apt comes fully furnished with queen bed, dressers, table and chairs and sleeper sofa but I can remove if you have your own. Apt is centrally air conditioned and heated by its own unit. Yard is kept up by owner. A small non aggressive dog (under 30lbs) may be considered. Dog Deposit will be required. We prefer 1 adult for our cozy apt but would consider a couple with an added utility rate of $100 per month.
