There are 3 bedrooms available in the house: a master, midsize, and smaller room that can also be used as an office. Utilities (gas, water, electric, internet) are not included. There is free street parking available. No smoking! Pets will be taken into consideration in regards to where the pet will reside, any specific cleaning rules, and a pet fee will be assessed. Lease minimum is for 1 year (or longer upon request) with considerations for subleasing if requested. A one month security deposit is due upon signing.
