looking to find a new roommate for my house. Location: South Chandler - next to 202 (S Kyrene and W Chandler), very convenient to anywhere accessible via highway. Grocerie stores/ pharmacy/ restaurants/ parks are about 10-15 min drive. Room: A 11 x 11 ft room with a medium sized closet. You can fit a queen bed and a desk easily. You'll share a bathroom with 1 other male, quiet roommate House & Amenities: -3 bed + 1 cave + 2 bathroom single family house ~ 2000 sqft -Solar power! Cuts electricity bill by around 50% -Soft water - needs a monthly refill of salt which is around 10$ shared amongst everyone -HUGE back yard - approximately 10000 sqft of grassland -in ground pool -fire pit -backyard BBQ -full kitchen stocked with spices/utensils/cutlery and pots -fully furnished common area (TV, couch, surround sound, guest area) -a guest room (the mancave) if you have friends or family in town, sleeps 2 people, just let me know ahead of time -Advanced Sweep/mop Robot keeps the common area clean, if you want it to clean your room you just need to clear your floor and let me know. -landlord (me) will take care of major house repairs Cost: Rent: $900/mo Utilities will be split between all of us including - internet, electricity, water, waste, landscaping, cleaning lady totals to about ~$250 per month on average Fully refundable security deposit of $900 Requirement: -we are looking for a working professional/grad student in his or her late 20-30s, who is quiet, responsible, and courteous. -we keep the house VERY CLEAN - and we hope our future roommate can be of the same mindset (as in no dirty dishes in the sink, keep the kitchen clean after you cook) -guests are OK if you wanna host a dinner, as long as you clean after yourself. -occasional overnight stays are OK, I do not expect an additional tenant though. - NO party - NO heavy smoking (occasional outdoor OK) - NO PETS Please -Background check & Income verification required.
