CREDIT HISTORY * Credit reports may be obtained for all adult applicants. * No minimum credit score is guaranteed to result in approval or denial. * Credit history will be evaluated as a whole, including: * Outstanding collections * Charge-offs * Delinquencies * Payment history * Debt obligations * Bankruptcies * Housing-related collections, unpaid utility balances, and unpaid landlord debts may be considered significant risk factors. 5. OCCUPANCY * All occupants must be disclosed on the application. * Names and ages of all occupants may be required. * Occupancy limits will comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws. * Unauthorized occupants may constitute a lease violation. 8. FALSE OR MISLEADING INFORMATION * Any material misrepresentation, omission, falsification of documents, or inaccurate information may result in denial of the application or termination of tenancy if discovered after move-in. 9.
