The second story landing looks over the main area. The second story has a master bedroom, complete with a walk-in closet, and a second office/guest room. The private back patio provides direct access to the pool area and community grill. The condo is located in Pueblo Santa Fe, in the Gila Springs neighborhood in Chandler, AZ. There is a private, attached one-car garage off the kitchen. Our property manager will meet you at check-in for a short orientation as well as be available to address any questions you have during your stay and at check out (the smart lock deactivates). Please note: as this home is set up for long term visitors, the rental will only have a starter supply of home essentials (dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.). We contract with a bi-monthly basic house cleaning service. Our neighborhood is quiet and relaxing, with mature trees and grass. There is a greenbelt a quarter mile from the condo where you can walk or run, complete with two lakes and a play area. Within a mile you will find two grocery stores (Fry's, Natural Foods), plentiful restaurant options, a brewery, post office, and more. The Shops at Casa Paloma are approx. 2 miles away (AJ's Fine Foods and additional restaurants). We are walking distance to Intel and 3 miles from Honeywell. Lone Butte Casino and Stellar Airpark are 2 miles away; Wild Horse Pass is 6 miles away.Within 5 minutes, you can reach the 202 fwy, the 10 fwy, and the 101 fwy. We are 15 minutes from the South Mountain trailheads. We are 20 minutes from Sky Harbor. Additional rules - Must abide by complex's CCR (copy will be provided) - Notify owners with 24 hours of a major repair needed (e.g., water leak) - Notify owners of anything needing replacement before checking out (e.g., broken dish). We understand accidents happen. - Avoid shoes on carpet. - Remove trash and clean up after oneself. - Smoking on the patio is okay, but please close the window. - Ventilate if using heavy odor products (candles, spices). Tenent is responsible for maintaining unit in condition received and reporting any repairs or replacement as needed. Tenent is responsible for household essentials (e.g., toilet paper) but an inital supply will be available at check-in. 3 to 6 month leases preferred; background check is required.
