This flat also includes: FREE cable FREE internet FULLY furnished (living room couch, coffee stand, TV stand) (Bedroom NEW bed, desk, dresser) BRAND NEW kitchen appliances all Whirlpool same with the washer and dryer located in the apartment. The Lodges are renting these rooms for $625 + $10 covered parking + $35 furnish. My room is leased until August 2017. I have already paid for Oct. and will pay for your first month OR will pay $100 a month until August off of your rent each month.
