I have a room at the Lodges of Colorado Springs I need to find a sub-leaser for from August 20th 2015- August 5th 2016. It is a spacious room with a private bathroom and two full sized closets! Three other room in the unit, so there would be three other roommates. All new stainless steel appliances with a stack washer and dryer in the unit. Rent includes many amenities to use such as: 24 hour clubhouse with billiards, games, a gym, tanning beds, and a year round pool that doubles as a hot tub in the winter months! Absolutely beautiful property with covered parking option. Five minutes from UCCS, and is a student community, although open to non-students as well! Room comes furnished with a bed, nightstand, desk and dresser. Also, couches and tables provided in common area. Rent is $599 with a furniture fee of $35. My rate is $20 less than other leases at The Lodges because mine was a renewal, the rate is locked in at $599 as apposed to $625 for a new lease!! Internet and cable included in rent!
