Cable Internet WI-FI trash service and parking is free. There is a 24/7 clubhouse and gym with a sauna steam room tanning bed study room with computers and free printing pool table/other games and a year round pool (turns into hot tub in winter). There are also two fire pits and grills along with a sand volleyball area. There is also a free shuttle bus that goes to UCCS as well.
