I love living here sadly to work I need to move back to castle rock. I need to sublease this ASAP. The rent is 670 base and then I've been paying 5 dollars for water and 20 for electricity it just depends how much you use. It has free cable and wifi. Also it has a washer and dryer in the apartment that are very nice and most do not come with them for free. I just paid rent for November so depending when you sign to sublease you will have a month free. I could be wrong but I think when you sublease it cuts out the signing fees. It's a gorgeous apartment off rockrimmon and Nevada and it's on north Nevada Ave. you can see it from the highway. Mine is a first floor facing the back so we have a view of pulpit. It is a furnished unit and also has covered parking. There are so many things this place has to offer it has a 24/7 clubhouse with games, a tv, yoga studio, gym, free tanning ( day only) , steam room, sauna, study rooms, computer room, free printing, heated pool, sand volley ball court, bike racks, dog park, trail to pulpit, free shuttle to UCCS, and matinence on site. It has great security with cameras and you can't even get in the building without a fab. The first couple months they have security to make sure everything is okay as well. My two roommates are both very laid back and easy to get along with however I do need a girl to rent my room . I really do love this place and wish I could stay however I can't. This is a great deal with the signing fees of 300 cut out and the month of November paid.
