The Bentley Apartments has a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment unit for rent. Our building has many amenities. We have a gated parking garage and elevator access to all floors. The building has a wonderful outdoor courtyard area for relaxing or even hosting an outdoor BBQ. The building is one block away from the shores of Puget Sound and a wonderful beach to walk on. There are many stores and restaurants within walking distance. The unit has a wood-burning fireplace, all kitchen appliances and a washer/dryer hook-up. If you do not own your own washer and dryer, we also have coin-operated laundry facilities on site. We are a No Smoking / No pets property. The Bentley Apartments requires a one-year rental agreement. We run a thorough credit and background check, and renters must have excellent credit to move into our building. We ask for a $1000 security/damage deposit. We do NOT ask for last month's rent. Water, sewer, and garbage are included with your rent. Parking for one car in our gated parking garage is also included with rent. If you have two cars, there is an additional fee or we have additional free parking on-site that is outdoors. We are a no smoking / no pets policy building. This unit will be available by the end of August.
