The Bentley Apartments has a large, 1200 square foot 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment for rent on our top floor. This unit faces west, has a good-sized outdoor deck, and a partial view of Puget Sound. Our building is one block away from the beach and the popular Des Moines Marina. There are multiple restaurants, stores and shops within walking distance. There are several options for transportation and transit. This apartment has a wood-burning fireplace, all major appliances and a laundry room with a washer/dryer hook-up. If you do not own your own washer and dryer, we also have a laundry room on this same top floor with coin-operated laundry machines for your use. Our building has a secured, gated parking garage. We have an elevator with access to all floors. The building also has a wonderful outdoor courtyard with sitting areas and provides a great place to BBQ or have some guests over. Water, sewer, garbage and parking for one car are all provided free of charge with your monthly rent. We are a NO SMOKING / NO PETS building. We have an onsite manager that will set up appointments to show you this unit at a time that works for both of you. We ask for a one-year rental agreement.
