The Bentley Apartments is a one block walk to the salt water beach of Puget Sound and the Des Moines Pier (see photos). Our building is also near many great restaurants and shops. This unit is on our 3rd / top floor. It has a wood-burning fireplace, outdoor deck, and all major appliances. It also has a washer/dryer hook-up. If you don't own your own washer and dryer, then we also have coin-operated laundry on site. NEW beige colored carpet has been installed throughout this entire unit, and it is now ready to have a new tenant. Please see our photos. We have elevator access to all floors. We have gated access into the building, and we also have a fully secure, gated parking garage. We are a no smoking/no pets building. We only ask for first month's rent up front and a $1000 damage deposit. We do run a full credit and background check, and we do ask for good credit with no past due amounts on your credit report in order to move in. Salary must be a minimum of a 3:1 ratio to cover the monthly rent. Our onsite landlord can explain in more detail. On top of all of this, we also have a wonderful courtyard that can be used for barbeques for yourself or with invited friends. We require a one-year rental agreement. We ask for $1000 deposit when the lease is signed, and the tenant pays first month's rent on the first day they move in. We do not require last month's rent. Water, sewer, and garbage are included with rent. Parking for one car in our gated parking garage is also included with rent at no extra charge. No smoking. No pets. We like to state very clearly that renters must have good credit to move in and be earning 3X the monthly rent with a 3:1 ratio. We are a no smoking / no pets apartment complex.
