The house can only access house through ally on Sycamore St. It is close to downtown and LLC. The tenant pays all utilities. There is a $50 pet fee per animal per month. The tenant MUST get a PO Box. The tenant is responsible for mowing the lawn and for snow removal. I only give applications out once the property is physically seen by potential tenant.
